The above mentioned purpose of education is fulfilled by our WINTAGED College MOOKAMBIGAI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING. It is an engineering institute located at Pudukottai. The college has been giving the fruit of education to a number of students since 1985. Our college chairman is Mr. S. Subramaniam, a very meek personality and the director of our college is Dr. M. G. Venugopalan, an excellent administrator. Our college was established by Sri Mariamman Educational, Health and Charitable trust, Woraiyur, Tiruchirapalli. Our college has eight departments of engineering, according to the needs of the students. It is run by a Telugu minority group. The campus spreads over an area of over 200 hectares and facilitates the need of over 600 students per year.
